It is the focus of the leadership to “always take the initiative and ownership to help, protect and serve customers, employees and our community.” We are continuing to work to streamline the service to our customers at our administration building downtown. We’ve highlighted the 24 hour kiosk available for payment, as well as our website and customer portal, which allows account access 24 hours a day. However, many customers prefer to come in and speak to a customer service representative when paying their bill. In anticipation of our remodeling project, we have made some small changes to the cashier area to ensure the best possible service and attention to our customers.
