New Phone System

Beginning on May 24, 2018, when you call CPU, you will be greeted by a local, recognizable voice that will be able to walk you through getting your account balance, finding out when your disconnect date is, and making a payment over the phone with a card. If you are calling from the phone number on your account, the system will automatically recognize you and pull your account information. You will also have the option of entering your account number. Please reference your bill for that information. This system will help our customer service representatives stay focused on assisting customers while helping customers get important account information 24 hours a day!
There is also a menu option for reporting an outage. As always, when reporting an outage, please include as much information as possible to assist our crews. Loud booms, sparks, and trees and lines down are all very helpful details.
